Russell commissioned from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2007, serving as an EOD officer for five and half years. Since leaving the military in 2013 Russell has worked at Brown Brothers Harriman, Bloomberg LP and is currently in Fixed Income/Credit Research Sales at CreditSights.
Val Dike - COO
Val enlisted in the Florida Army National Guard in 2005 and served as an Infantryman from 2005 to 2008. Val subsequently graduated from Florida A&M University in 2008 and commissioned into the Active Army as an Infantry Officer from 2008 to 2012. Val has worked across various functions both domestically and abroad – strategy, mergers & acquisitions, healthcare operations, business development, data analytics, and cross-functional team leadership. In addition to his Bachelor of Science, he holds graduate degrees in Economics and Health Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Val is a father of two and passionate about leadership in every aspect of life.
Jesse williams - cmo
Jesse enlisted in 2005 and served as an Airborne Infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division attaining the rank of Sergeant and deploying twice with them to Iraq. Transitioning back to the civilian world in 2012 he completed his college degree and started a career in marketing.
Henry mcloughlin - CFO
Henry is the Founder at Greenpoint Advisors, where he engages and advises on clean tech strategy as well as investments. He previously headed policy and advocacy at a major U.S. venture capital firm, supporting clean energy and electric transportation initiatives. A former strategy consultant and French Marine Infantry reserve officer, Henry brings a global perspective to climate and veteran causes.

Matt served as an Army intelligence officer after graduating from West Point in 2006. He now works as a financial advisor for Merrill Private Wealth Management. Born and raised on Guam, Matt resides with his wife and twins in Westchester County, NY. In addition to his Bachelors of Science, he holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Jason bell - cdo
Jason spent 20 years in the United States Navy Nuclear Powered Submarine community and is a recent graduate from Emory University’s executive MBA program, in Atlanta, GA, and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, in Norfolk, Virginia. Jason is the Regional Sales Manager, Southeast, at Miura America Company, LTD in Atlanta, GA. He manages engineering projects by designing complete steam systems, based on real, or ideal calculations, and then manages the logistics of sourcing equipment from conception to start up. In his spare time, Jason helps small veteran owned businesses, and technology companies learn now to break into selling to the government sector.
